Announcing TypeScript support in Electron

If you have been building apps with Electron this may be a pleasant announcement.    Even without using TypeScript this will improve support for editors that make use of the type definition files.

How Do You Know A Developer Is Doing A Good Job?

Here's a nice read for developers and managers of developers.  For managers of developers if provides some insight on what how to evaluate the performance of your developers.  For developers I would recommend reading it with the thought of introspection in regards to what you think makes you good at your job.
